Stuckey’s - 1957Credit: Roadsidepictures on FlickrEven though they haven’t started appearing again in my neck of the woods yet (except for the very few locations in the western United States that survived the company’s time under corporate conglomerate leadership), it’s good to know that Stuckey’s is making a big comeback elsewhere.  While Americans’ dining habits do need to change for the better (mine included), I would hate to think that we still don’t have at least some occasional room in our stomachs for a magnificent Stuckey’s pecan log.

Even though they haven’t started appearing again in my neck of the woods yet (except for the very few locations in the western United States that survived the company’s time under corporate conglomerate leadership), it’s good to know that Stuckey’s is making a big comeback elsewhere.
